The Chef Poncet
Chef Cédric Poncet has over 35 years of culinary experience.
He honed his skills in renowned establishments in the Paris region
(Duquesnoy, l’Appart, Chez Cédric, Le Chalet des Iles…).
In 2017, he settled in the south of France and opened the restaurant
Le Petit Poncet, followed by Le Jardin Poncet in 2022.
Creative, passionate, and dedicated, his cuisine reflects
his wholehearted character, his passion for French cuisine,
and his respect for quality products.
Combining tradition, creativity, and flavor pairings,
he elevates Mediterranean gastronomy in his own way.

Une parfaite ambiance, tant sur le plan culinaire avec des plats raffinés et une présentation des plats par le serveur au top, que l’accueil réservée par la cheffe de l’établissement aux petits soins auprès de ses convives.Une belle balade gustative à St Raphaël à renouveler les yeux fermés.

Bel accueil dans ce restaurant! Commande prise avec de très bons burgers, les frites étaient assez salés pour moi par contre.J’ai apprécié l’ambiance cosy et surtout le fait de mettre à l’honneur sur les murs, les photos de personnes travaillant pour la réussite de l’établissement!

Bonne ambiance feutrée.Une cuisine de qualité et une excellente carte à l'ardoise.Merci pour tous ces petits bonheurs pour nos papilles.
Nous y sommes allés pour dîner. Accueil très souriant et attentif. Pour ma part mon plat été bon. Vers la fin de mon plat dans la salade d'accompagnement, j'y ai trouvé un cheveux. Je l'ai laissé au bord de l'assiette et je l'ai montré à la serveuse. Aucune réaction de sa part, juste un haussement d'épaules. Dommage cela a gâché mon plat. Le dessert était excellent mais il n' pas remonté la note dut au petit inconvénient dans ma salade d'accompagnement. Certain des autres plats ( poulpe avec du cochon et l'agneau ) non pas trop été appréciés et les portions été très petites.Dîner mitigé, je ne pense pas que nous y retournerons.

Toujours un plaisir d'aller au Jardin Poncet (5e visite) et c'est toujours un régal de revenir. Des plats travaillés avec des produits frais, de saison, pleins de saveurs, une super carte des vins, un service top, enfin voilà, je n'ai pas grand chose à dire de plus (à part peut être que c'est dommage de ne pas proposer de menus - mais ça ne nous empêche pas de revenir pour de belles occasions). C'est toujours pour moi une expérience d'aller au restaurant, et c'est toujours un bonheur de la renouveler au Jardin Poncet 🙂 le cadre est encore plus incroyable pendant les beaux jours où vous pourrez profiter du jardin extérieur.
